Message Install the old pulley. Rotate the crank by hand until you get to the point you can plot known timing marks, Remove old pulley with out moving the crank, install new pulley. Use a straight edge to go from timing cover to the pulley at a close as possible right angle to the pulley, score known mark. A dial caliper would come in handy so you know you have the same point for the certain mark.
